When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday to prevent our perishable products from sitting in a shipping warehouse over the weekend. Exceptions are made depending on the shipping method chosen. Once you finalize your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail letting you know the estimated date of shipment and arrival. Orders are processed within 7 business days from date of payment and then shipped. In the unlikely event that an order cannot be fulfilled within 7 business days of order placement, you will be notified and given the opportunity to make adjustments to your order or cancel it.

May I order now for delivery in a few weeks?

Yes. If you are ordering early, it is possible to request a delayed delivery date for your order to be shipped. Simply make that selection during checkout under additional instructions. Please note that delivery dates requested are not guaranteed.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed within 7 business days and then shipped. The number of transit days for each delivery method is calculated after the ship date so, for example, if you order 2-Day Air and your product is scheduled to be shipped on a Monday, your package should arrive on Wednesday, which is two days AFTER the ship date. If you are ordering for delivery on a specific date, make sure you have chosen a shipping method that has a compatible time frame. Please note that none of our delivery options allow for Sunday or Monday deliveries since we avoid shipping perishables over the weekend.

How long do the various delivery methods take to arrive?

FedEx 2-Day Air – Allow 2 days after ship date for delivery.
USPS Flat Rate – 1-2 Business Days after ship date (Saturday delivery may be possible, but specific delivery dates are not guaranteed by us)
FedEx Ground – 1-3 Business Days after ship date. (only available in MI, IL, OH, IN, IA, WI.)
Please note: If an incomplete or incorrect address is provided, all delivery guarantees are nullified.

What happens if there is a Weather Delay?

If there is a delivery delay that is due to weather or any other cause beyond the carrier's control, the delivery guarantee is void. A delivery attempt will be made at the earliest time that conditions permit.

Can my package be Delivered without a Signature?

We always recommend delivery to an address where someone will be present to accept the delivery. FedEx requires a signature at the time of delivery, you may choose the “Deliver without Signature” option. Please note that this option signifies your agreement to indemnify and hold harmless FedEx and/or Green Harmony Global from any resulting claims as it is impossible to control where, at what temperature, or under what conditions your order will be delivered. If the delivery address is to an apartment and no one is present at the apartment or at a front desk, the driver may choose not to leave the package even if you select “Deliver without Signature” for security reasons. Additionally, if the recipient has a signature waiver on file with FedEx, our "Deliver Without Signature" policy applies..

What is your Guarantee?

For all of our products, a chill pack is required during warm months to ship. Also you must be present at time of delivery in order to benefit from our Guarantee that your order arrives in optimal condition. Please note that Chill Packs only stay cold for 2 days, so if you are not present at time of delivery, you take all responsibility as it relates to the quality and “freshness” of the products ordered. If you will not be available at time of delivery, you must notify us upon receipt of your order confirmation as of such, within 24hours.

Order Cut-off Times

If you wish to order outside of the US in bulk, then please contact us. At this time we do not accept orders outside of the US (for single 12-packs). We also do not accept orders that are requested to be shipped to PO Boxes. We only ship to physical, residential and business addresses.
