Our products are fresh and can be kept frozen for up to 18 months. Our products can also be thawed and re-frozen if you choose to eat them in one serving. To enjoy, simply thaw for 10-15 minutes at room temperature or in a microwave for 15 sec.

We Guarantee the product(s) shipped will be fresh. We have set forth the following requirements to protect the quality of our goods in transit:
We provide chill pack(s) as the weather dictates. You may select FedEx 2-Day Air, USPS Flat Rate, or FedEx Ground (only applies to certain states) for
shipping. To insure your products arrive fresh, there must be someone present to sign at time of delivery.
If the "Deliver without Signature" option is chosen the Shipping Guarantee is void.
The delivery address must be complete and correct.
The Green Harmony Global Shipping Guarantee is void if any of the above requirements are not followed or if there is a delay due to weather, since it is
beyond the carrier’s control.

You may select FedEx 2-Day Air, USPS Express Flat Rate, or FedEx Ground (only applies to certain states) for shipping. Due to the perishable nature of our products, a Chill Pack (frozen gel pack) will be automatically added only during warm months. All orders will be shipped only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. We do not ship out orders on Thursdays or Fridays, so as to avoid packages sitting in a FEDEX/USPS warehouse over a weekend. We regret that we cannot ship refrigerated/frozen items to addresses outside of the continental United States. Please be sure to provide a shipping address where someone will be present to sign for delivery. See also Shipping Guarantee above.

If you would like to sign-up for monthly automatic ordering, it is possible to request a delivery date for your order to be shipped every month. Simply make that selection during checkout.

Each delivery method has a different estimated arrival. Upon final purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Within 7 business days you will receive a delivery confirmation e-mail letting you know the date of delivery.
FedEx 2-Day Air − Please allow 2 business days after ship date for delivery
USPS Flat Rate − 1-2 Business Days after ship date (Saturday delivery may be possible, but specific delivery dates are not guaranteed by the Post Office).
FedEx Ground − 2-3 Business Days after ship date (Saturday delivery option is additional). Only available in Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio.
Please note: If an incomplete or incorrect address is provided, all delivery guarantees are nullified.

If there is a delivery delay that is due to weather or any other cause beyond the carrier's control, the delivery guarantee is void. A delivery attempt will be made at the earliest time that conditions permit.

Entering "Deliver Without Signature" in the "Delivery Instructions" line of the shipping address authorizes FedEx to deliver your FedEx Air shipment without obtaining a signature and signifies your agreement to indemnify and hold harmless FedEx and/or Green Harmony Global from any resulting claims. This feature is only available for FedEx Air shipments. Please note that All Guarantees are void if you chose the Deliver Without Signature option as we cannot control where, at what temperature, or under what conditions your order will be delivered. If the delivery address is to an apartment and no one is present at the apartment or at a front desk, the driver may choose not to leave the package for security reasons. Additionally, if the recipient has a signature waiver on file with FedEx, our "Deliver Without Signature" policy applies.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, at this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO Address. We only ship to a physical address, residential or business.

Due to the perishable nature of our products and the possibility of delays beyond our control in customs, we ship within the US only. However, if you are ordering from outside the US and would like your order shipped to a US address, our system will accept your international billing address.

Most orders placed before 9am Pacific Time, Monday through Wednesday will be shipped the same day. This does not apply to special or out of stock items or orders with a delayed delivery date. If received after 9am, we may ship your order the next available shipping day. Exceptions will be made depending on the shipping method chosen to prevent our perishable sweets from sitting in a shipping warehouse over a weekend or holiday. In the unlikely event that an order cannot be shipped within three business days of order placement, you will be notified and given the opportunity to choose a different shipping method or to adjust your order.

Due to our requirement that our products be enjoyed excessively fresh, we currently only sell our products directly to our customers through our website rather than in stores. We do have a small distribution to Restaurants in the US.

All our products are either vegan or vegetarian friendly. All of our products are heart-healthy, cholesterol-free, low in fat, and are nonviolent.
