In the event that you are dissatisfied with the quality of a food item, please contact us and we will attempt to have a replacement sent to you free of charge if possible. Store credit can be given on any items that have been sent incorrectly. Store credit items will be sent free of charge for the first replacement (inside the USA or Canada - customers outside the USA will be responsible for the cost of shipping on store credit), but any subsequent store credit shipping will be paid for at the customer's expense.
